I would like to say that Credere Resourcing have been a great help to me when I was facing redundancy last year.
I saw the advert on the internet for the Warehouse Man Management position and after my application I promptly received a telephone call from Wendy Phelps. She informed me that after asking a few initial questions that she would be calling again for a formal telephone interview.
I received the telephone call at the time and date stated and Wendy made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the telephone interview process.
Wendy then put me forward for the formal interview with the Operations Manager. Once I had received my interview date Credere helped me prepare by taking me through some interview questions and scenarios, which gave me great confidence through the formal process.
I was successful in this interview process and was kept informed of the progress of my application all the way until the start date of employment which was some months later.
Once in the position the team at Credere did not end the contact that they had with me and continued to review my progress both with the operations manager and with myself.
I have now passed my probation period and wish to thank Credere Resourcing
and especially Wendy for all their hard work, help and guidance through the recruitment process and beyond.
