Dual Assignment: Two key placements, Production Planning Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager
Placement 1: Production Planning Manager was required to support manufacturing operations and to manage overall production activities. A specialist automotive skill set was required including in-depth MRP skills, man management experience and sound evidence of project management leadership. An experienced Planning Manager with both a background within automotive and food manufacturing was placed via our web and database search.

Placement 2: Continuous Improvement Manager required to aid future growth plans and improve business performance. A key placement required at a critical time. A highly qualified candidate with extensive project lead experience was sourced and placed via our search and selection service.

Assignment: A global manufacturing business required a team of eight production/material controllers to support a major business restructure. This particular assignment was complex due to the roles being spread across different manufacturing sites around the UK. Added to the complexity of locations, candidates needed to be placed as quickly as possible in order to meet restructure timescales and training dates. On a retained basis, Credere Resourcing provided a complete managed campaign service and combined our Team Recruit and Advertised Selection services. We worked closely with our client and put together a clear project plan, agreeing timescales and expectations. A Credere Resourcing account manager and specialist resource team was allocated to the campaign and all eight candidates were recruited successfully on time and our clients restructure plans remained on track.

Assignment: Warehouse Operations Manager required to support senior management with a start up of a multi-faceted distribution and fulfilment centre. A candidate was required with extensive third party logistics experience, coupled with a thorough knowledge of both warehouse and transport operations. Start up experience was essential as was a good understanding of WMS. Through our extensive network of contacts a placement was successfully made via our Search & Selection service. Following this key recruit a further three Shift Managers were placed.

Assignment Inventory Manager required to support a new customer implementation. A clear understanding of supply, demand, planning and forecasting was crucial as was in-depth knowledge of MRP. Assignment: Team Recruit of 2 Warehouse Shift Manager and 5 Warehouse Front Line Managers were required to support a major distribution centre restructure. Candidates were required to have worked within large-scale operations and have a FMCG background. Union experience and hands-on man management of large team of over 80 were also essential. Through our Team Recruit service, Credere Resourcing provided a total managed service, from co-ordinating industry press advertising, face-to-face competency interviews, through to assessment day support. Candidates were sourced and placed on time and many have since gained promotion within the business.
